Comande Ristorante is an Android app designed to optimize the work of the dining room staff by allowing the waiters to manage orders at the tables on their smartphones with just a few steps.
The software is aimed at managers of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, etc.
who intend to improve communication between dining room and kitchen, but also between dining room and cash desk, quickly filling in customer orders and sending them via e-mail or Whatsapp to those who prepare the dishes or the bill.The order is filled in quickly by importing the data from the food and beverage menus and from the list of tables in your restaurant using the appropriate buttons.
The waiter, therefore, must go to the customers table with his Android smartphone on which he will have installed Commande Ristorante and note down the orders for dishes and drinks, also indicating the number or name of the table.
Once this is done, he can save the order in the archive and send it by e-mail or Whatsapp to the chef or other kitchen staff, as well as to the cashier.The Food & Beverage application is the environment in which the dishes and drinks on the restaurant menu must be registered.To create or update the menu of courses, just click on the relevant button on the start screen and, in the window that appears, indicate the name of the dish or drink in the appropriate field.
At this point, you have to press the Add to list button, after which you are ready to insert the next dish.
After having registered all the dishes included in the menu, the list can be archived by pressing the Save and close button.
The Save List button allows you to save the list of courses without closing the work screen.The Tables and Employees application allows you to create a personalized list of tables in the restaurant to be recalled when filling in the order.The Create new command and Edit command applications allow, respectively, to create a new command and to view those saved in the archive.
When the waiter goes to the customers table with his Android smartphone, he will have to press the Create new order button to note the dishes ordered.The first step to complete a new order is to indicate the table number of the customer served together with the name of the waiter who takes the order.
To do this, simply press the Import table and employee button, select the table from the list in the window that appears and, finally, click Import selected item.The second operation consists in indicating in the order the dishes and drinks ordered by the customer.
To do this, use the Import dish or drink button to view the menu previously compiled by us.
At this point, just select the dish or drink of interest, express the quantity ordered by the customer and, finally, press Import selected item.If while filling out the order the customer has second thoughts and wants to cancel an order, just select the corresponding item in the list of courses ordered and delete it by pressing the Delete selected item button.
The third operation that the waiter must carry out to complete the customers order is to send the order via e-mail or Whatsapp to the chef or other kitchen staff as well as to the cashier.
To do this, the waiter will have to press the Send Command button.
